Welcome to OnaLab. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

OnaLab provides AI-driven digital product development, strategic consultancy, and maintenance services. The specific scope of any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

Client Content: All materials, data, and information provided by the Client remain the property of the Client.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, the ownership of custom software deliverables will be transferred to the Client, subject to any third-party licenses or OnaLab proprietary frameworks identified in the agreement.
OnaLab IP: OnaLab retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methodologies, and internal software libraries used in the performance of services.

3. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of AI Technologies

OnaLab leverages various Artificial Intelligence technologies in the development process. While we strive for the highest accuracy, you acknowledge that AI-generated content or code may require human verification and and that results are provided "as-is" without warranty of fit for a specific unintended purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OnaLab, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnaLab is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.
